Not only did they go above and beyond by returning my forgotten headphones promptly, but they also had ironing facilities available which was a lifesaver for me. the room was cozy and warm with excellent heating, and the free toiletries provided were of high quality. the dining table was a great touch for enjoying meals in the room, and the electric kettle made it easy to have a hot cup of tea anytime. the flat-screen TV was perfect for relaxing in the evenings, and the washing machine was a convenient amenity. the location was superb with great dining options nearby like Cote Brasserie and the Rising Sun Pub. Overall, my experience exceeded my high expectations and I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in London.
